Falling in love or finding the one?

 

When someone is “the one’’ you are attracted to them mentally, physically and emotionally. The real challenge is knowing how to distinguish between being ‘’in love’’ with someone and truly recognizing that they are ‘’the one’’. This has to do with biology. Falling in love is a neurology state that helps you get closer to a person by losing some of your natural fears and defenses. You give your all to this person.
You can tell you are falling in love when your heart starts raising very fast when you see this person. You become obsessed with this person. You might not be able to eat or sleep and you just keep thinking about them, especially when you are about to meet with them the following day, you just can not wait. Falling in love is a temporary state that changes your brain. It makes you say and do silly things all for that person .you believe everything about them is perfect.
However, finding ‘’the one’’ who wants to work at it with you is key. The one makes you feel loved and secure. You love them regardless of all their imperfections. You are able to be yourself and feel accepted with all your downs and lows. They bring out the best in you and make time to listen to you. Being with them just feels right. So, which is more important to you? Falling in love or finding the one?
